These are stated on a room basis and are the total payable by both people when sharing

Rooms are designated standard or superior, the latter being either larger and enjoying what are generally considered better aspects or refurbished (same size as standard). The majority of our rooms are non-smoking and most are served by a lift.

Naturally we may be able to offer special rates or free room upgrades for late availability bookings subject to availability.

Booking Conditions

Credit/debit card details (card number/exp date/issue no (if shown) cardholder name & address) are required to guarantee all bookings. We do not charge anything in advance and 'guarantee' means your room(s) will not be let to anybody else on the day of your arrival.

However in the event of cancellation the cost of the stay may be charged in full if the room(s) are not resold. Obviously the earlier cancellation is advised the better the chance of re-letting the room(s) and so avoiding charges.

A full charge will also be levied if you simply fail to turn up (no show). By providing your card details you are expressly agreeing to these conditions which are the industry norm.

In the event of there being genuine personal reasons why you cannot stay we may choose to waive any charges; such a course of action is entirely at the discretion of the member of staff who deals with your cancellation. Additionally charges may not apply if you rebook for an alternative date.

If you do not have a credit/debit card or prefer not to supply details a cheque for a non refundable deposit is acceptable. The amount will be advised at the time of booking. You still remain liable for the unpaid amount in the event of cancellation/no show.

We are able to supply details of cancellation insurance if required.
